Virginia. He was born in Norwich, New York, where he lived most of his childhood before his family moved
to Florida. He worked his way through and graduated from Florida State University in 1989.
Following graduation, Paul served in the U.S. Army for over two decades, specializing in
military intelligence. He has been happily married to his wife, Jani, for 32 years, and they have three
children: McKenna, Nathaniel, and Keegan.
